- Express and Overnight shipping, as well as Hawaii or Alaska shipping are available by special request.
When these shrimp are harvested they are immediately immersed in an ice slurry, which will help preserve their incredible sweet taste and crispy texture. Literally, within a couple of hours, these shrimp are peeled and de-veined.
Our 5 tray Pack includes 5 individual trays with tray containing 1/2 pounds (8 oz.) of our amazing Sun Shrimp, so this 5 pack includes a total of 2.5 Pounds.
We use our Vacuum Fresh Packing tray to ensure our amazing shrimp are well protected on their way to your kitchen. The beauty of this packaging is that this will give an easy no-mess storage option. Whether you immediately cook them, or you decide to freeze them for a while. The vacuum pack ensures that your Sun Shrimp are ready to make into a delicious dish when you are ready.
Our convenient 8 oz. ( 1/2 pound )packages have enough shrimp to serve 2 persons.

They came in great shape. After defrosting in cold water, I remove the tails. I sauté them in oil, garlic and a spicey herb mix. My friends can not understand why I pay so much for shrimp. I explain how careful you are in growing and preparing them. My spouse does not eat beef, pork or lamb so shrimp and chicken are the choices. I suppose if I were to buy those meats, I would spend more than I do with shrimp.

I'm a repeat customer and won't buy shrimp anywhere else. I usually use them in a stir fry. I'm a bachelor so simple and quick are my goto meal. I will be ordering more soon and get enough to get free shipping. Keep up the good product.

My shrimp came as you said they would and they were perfectly frozen. We have cooked some and of course, they were delish!!! I may have cooked them too long because they were a little tough but we ate them anyway and they were great.

Robin and Leoni Pearl joined us at the Rotary Club of Longboat Key to talk about Sun Shrimp and sustainable, chemical free aquaculture at their Pine Island location. IMPRESSIVE presentation! In advance, I ordered and prepared 2.5# of Sun Shrimp. The shipping was impressive with 5 half pound trays of vacuum packed shrimp, dry ice and shipped within a day. I made a shrimp ‘boil’ (onion, lemon,onion,celery, worchesture sauce, paprika, salt and hot sauce), and once prepared returned to a boiling temperature and plunged all the 60+ Sun Shrimp into the ‘boil’. Totally cooked in 30 to 45 secs! Iced to stop them from overcooking. Served at our Rotary Club meeting and totally delicious…..flavorful, not over cooked and many comments from Rotarians that these were the best shrimp they had ever tasted. We had a shrimp cocktail sauce, but honestly not needed at all. To other Rotarians in District 6960….. this is a wonderful program to bring to one of your Club meetings.
