This 10 pack kit contains 10 of our 1/2 pound packages containing freshly harvested whole shrimp. Total weight is 5 pounds of shrimp.
Each package is vacuum packed to retain maximum freshness. Give your next meal incredible flavor and a beautiful presentation. Jumbo shrimp are about 180 days old and are cultured without the use of any chemicals. No preservatives and no antibiotics are ever used. The tail is sweet, clean flavor, and has a firm, crispy texture.
8oz. package contains 8 to 10 Large Shrimp. The product is deep chilled prior to shipping in order to maintain maximum freshness.

The shipping was great I cleaned and fried them they tasted excellent the only thing I think they should come with instructions on how to cook for beginners like can you boil them and devain after you cook them

All arrived great! First pkg, a floured and fried and overcooked them. Didnt take advantage of the heads. Next, a quick poach, with shells. Will peel and dress with olive oil and lemon ala Marcella Hazan. Will freeze poaching liquid for further use.
