Peel and Eat Sun Shrimp
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook shrimp until opaque throughout, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl. Add butter and Old Bay seasoning and toss to coat. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Ingredients:
One 8 oz package of Sun Shrimp Tails
Two teaspoons of unsalted butter
Two teaspoons of Old Bay seasoning
Easy Lemon Garlic Sun Shrimp
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic, and cook for a few seconds until fragrant. Add Sun Shrimp, and cook for several minutes on one side, then turn over, and continue cooking until firm and shrimp turn red. Remove Sun Shrimp to a platter, then whisk salt, pepper, and lemon juice into butter. Pour sauce over Sun Shrimp to serve. Serve with rice or pasta or on top of a salad.
