Easy Lemon Garlic Sun Shrimp

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic, and cook for a few seconds until fragrant. Add Sun Shrimp, and cook for several minutes on one side, then turn over, and continue cooking until firm and shrimp turn red.
  2. Remove Sun Shrimp to a platter, then whisk salt, pepper, and lemon juice into butter. Pour sauce over Sun Shrimp to serve.

Serve with rice or pasta or on top of a salad.

1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 8oz. package of Sun Shrimp - Whole, tails or P&D
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
