I ordered 25 lbs of Sun Shrimp for a family reunion of 12. I figured 2 lbs of shrimp per person would be perfect. The shrimp arrived a day earlier than scheduled but were fine when I opened the cooler the next day to do a shrimp boil. I fed 12 people all they could eat, a lot less than 2 lbs each! I gave away several lbs and froze the rest. Highly recommend Sun Shrimp.
