    1st order

    I had been checking out this company online for a short time and reading all the reviews. Decided to try these over the wild caught on other sites. Came in today shipping was fast. I Wednesday night and had them in hand on Long Island NY Friday before noon! It was well packed and frozen with dry ice. Pan seared the first batch in olive oil, butter and seasonings. It was great and like they stated they really didn't shrink much at all. The meat seemed denser and it ate like lobster seemed to fill you faster. Will definitely order again. Very pricey but you know what you get what you pay for. Doubt you'll find fresher than this.
